The Hunters

Grim, blood-soaked, battle-torn, or simply tortured by what lies beneath. The Hunters is a collection of short stories that explore the darker impulses of humankind, the incessant urge to survive and keep surviving no matter what. In this great game of chess, the roles of the hunter and the hunted are often interchanged. And when the dust settles, those who are still left standing have to pick up the broken pieces of moral dilemmas. Shards that still can leave the most unkindest cut.
Through the four stories collected here, this book explores the themes of greed, ambition, and the prison that one puts oneself in. From corporate sectors to literary world, from a cosy town setup to a mysterious land, these stories walk multifaceted roads to find both destinations and destinies.
Written over multiple years, the stories have been collected here in their final, polished, and evolved form. The rest lies in the hands of the readers.
