Ordinary Happiness

One day, you may realise that your life was made of moments you almost didn't notice. The coffee that arrived exactly the way you liked it. The fresh sheets you slipped into after a long day. A song someone sent because it reminded them of you. A sunset you stopped to watch for no particular reason. A laugh that lasted longer than the joke deserved. These prose poems are a celebration of those little moments. They are about ordinary happiness, everyday love, quiet comforts and the people who make simple days feel special. Perhaps, as you turn these pages, you will recognise some of your own life here. And perhaps you will close the book feeling a little more grateful for the beautiful, ordinary day waiting for you outside.
