Is Democracy Modified

"In a democracy, the majority will have its way, but the minority must have its say."
Democratic rights of people are stripped, the fundamental rules of the constitution are blatantly flouted, and a smell of dictatorship is inherent in the governance; for this, the PM and all their camaraderie are only responsible.
Where is democracy? If the constitutional rights of its citizens are stripped in the Republic of Utopia? Is Democracy modified?
