It is suppose to be a selfhelp/Self Reminder book in which there are smaller tales and poetries which throws light on matters where people start hating themselves. They feel lonely because there are very few or negligible people beside them through their tough times. People who play play victim and blame others for their own faulty and irresponsible behaviour. Its is to teach everyone that they don't always need a person to cheer them up and make them feel worthy. They are already worthy of every happiness in this world.
