Pricing for On Going Fairs & Exhibitions Bookings

Placement of books in various fairs and festivals are open to all irrespective of our publication as we are both publishers and book sellers.

Pricing is valid till 17th September'24

I. Book Fairs & Festivals

Combo:

New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 +Sambalpur Book Fair 2024+Patna Book Fair 2024: Rs.6,000

Comic Con Hyderabad (15th -17th November) - Rs.2500

Patna Book Fair 2024 (6th Dec-17th Dec) - Rs.2,000

New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 (1st Feb - 9th Feb) - Rs.4,000

Sambalpur Book Fair 2024 (23rd Nov-1st Dec) - Rs.1,200

II. Exhibitions

Basket of 3 - Residential Exhibition and Sales in Hyderabad : Rs.1,000 (For 3 exhibitions)

(Example of Residential exhibitions are at high density, high paying capacity residential communities such as Independence Day sale at Imperial Heights, Diwali Sale at Lanco Hills, Rakhi Sale at Aditya Enclave and so on)

1 Complimentary Translation into any foreign language of your choice (from our list of 44 languages) is valid per booking.

Terms and Conditions

Margin on Sales is 10% of the amount
You may deposit 5 to 10 copies of your book directly to us at the fair or to the address which would be intimated to you 1 month prior to the fair
Photos of all book displays during the fairs and festivals shall be shared at the time of display starting for your perusal, promotions and your posts on social media handles to encourage sale of your books
Settlement of all sales would be done within 30 working days after the end of the fair and reconciliation
For our new members separate author dashboard will be created and sent across where you may view all details of your sales and also keep a track for all future participations in fairs and festivals
Unsold books at the end of the fair maybe taken back on the last day of the fair or be shipped back with shipping borne by supplier
You are most welcome to bring your friends, family and network to open fairs and make the best use of all opportunities
Display alignment of the books at the stall is as per the discretion of the management to maximize the sales of all books
All bookings are non refundable but transferable
