Participation in Hyderabad Mobile Cart and in various fairs and festivals are open to all irrespective of our publication as we are both publishers and book sellers.

Hyderabad Mobile Cart: Corporate & Residential Exhibitions

Introductory Pricing: Rs.3,500 (Valid till 10th June'26)

Deliverables:

1. Book Display & Sale at 5 Hyderabad Exhibitions (Corporate & Residential Combined)​. Unsold books at the end of the exhibitions will be sent to Ukiyoto House, Kolkata for display and sale for further 30 days to ensure maximum exposure at both cities.

2. Translation into any 1 language of your choice (from the offered list of 44 languages) followed by publishing

3. Special Placement in the Exhibition "Treasure Chest" to give more importance and focus on sales

4. Photo of the book placed at the exhibition will be posted on our Social Media handles along with the Book link for promotions

5. The days, timings etc are duly chosen to ensure maximum audience turnout, such as Family Day (usually Fridays), Salary Day, or mandatory office attendance day (usually Thursdays) in the week for Corporates. Rainy seasons are avoided to prevent damage to books and have negligible turnouts.

(Examples of exhibitions are at high density, high paying capacity residential/commercial communities in Hyderabad and corporate campuses such as TCS, DBS, Amazon, Accenture, Deloitte, Dupont and several others primarily in the super fast growing West Hyderabad region)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Margin on Sales is 20% of the selling price (If the book is printed by us, then regular royalty rates will follow).

  2. For Hyderabad Mobile Cart: We will share the dispatch address via email to send your books after registration
    For other fairs and festivals: You may deposit 5 copies of your book directly to us at the fair or to the address which would be intimated to you 1 month prior to the corresponding fairs/ exhibitions

  3. Photos of all book displays during the fairs, festivals and exhibitions shall be shared at the time of display starting for your perusal, promotions and your posts on social media handles to encourage sale of your books

  4. Settlement of all sales would be done within 30 working days after the end of the fair and reconciliation and updated in your Author Dashboard (which is created and sent by the 5th of the new month for new members while for existing authors, same dashboard can be used to check details)

  5. For fairs: Unsold books at the end of the fair maybe taken back on the last day of the fair or be shipped back with shipping borne by supplier
    For Hyderabad Mobile Cart: Unsold books will be sent to Ukiyoto House Kolkata for further 30 day extension for display & sale beyond which the tenure maybe either renewed or taken back with shipping borne by supplier

  6. For fairs: You are most welcome to bring your friends, family and network to open fairs and make the best use of all opportunities

  7. Display alignment of the books at the stall is as per the discretion of the management to maximize the sales of all books

  8. All bookings are non refundable but transferable

  9. Please make sure to write to publishing@ukiyoto.com after registration to fill in the details of your book in the Fair Input Form

  10. Exhibitions are as and when conducted and the display and sale will happen in them accordingly with the photos of same displays shared after the exhibits
