The Echoes of Ages

The Echoes of Ages is about recreating Tales and Verses from the Past with reference to the present day scenarios.

Craft stories and poems that draw inspiration or are related to historical events. Use the past as a backdrop to explore current day scenarios or experiences to re-create stories. Example the Duryodhana in the present life or lessons of Akbar in the Corporate World or stories of Romeo and Juiliet recreated and so on.

The compositions maybe short stories or poetry with publications and Physical Book Launch & Signing, Exclusive Writer's Section and a Networking Dinner at, Kolkata Literary Carnival (KLC) 2024 on Day 2 - 13th Jan'24, creating of NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), eBooks, Paperbacks and Hardbacks.

Those unable to join in person will be notified via email or online for the deliveries.

Deliverables,

1. Honorary Memento on stage

2. Grand launch at Kolkata Literary Carnival (KLC) 2024 on Day 2 - 13th Jan with Networking Dinner for all authors

3. Published, distributed and promoted by us as Paperbacks, Hardbacks, Dust Jackets and eBooks worldwide with equal share of royalty paid to authors on sale.

4. Integrating technology with the creation of Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) for all the stories 

5. Paperbacks will be placed on display for sales at Booker's Lounge, Kolkata

How to submit?

a. Write your short story between 1,000 and 8,000 words or poetry between 800 and 4,000 words and upload your manuscript here (by 15th Dec'23) after registering here which is a mandatory step.

b. Content should be in English only.

c. Content maybe published elsewhere earlier but author should have the rights to his/her content.

You may register now by the Early Bird Deadline of 21st Nov'23 and block your slots and submit your manuscript later on or before the given due date.

We will curate content on a rolling process as and when they come in.

The "works" would be placed in anthology/collections to be produced as books.

Content containing calls to violence or insults to any social groups will not be included!

In case your content is not taken in, complete amount will be refunded.
