How about spinning your best stories with your partner across the table. And it's all about SPEED & CREATIVITY!

Introducing the first of its kind a Collaborative Learning Experience with Storytelling at the Kolkata Literary Carnival!

Rules of the Game,

1. Half the set of participants will be given a prompt of the storyline while the other half will be made to sit at their designated table (We will have an even number of participants)

2. Each participant with the prompt will get 5 mins to sit across the table with the other participant to discuss the storyline

3. We would have a bell ringing after every 5 mins so that the partners change to the next table with the next story discussion

4. Each participant would be given a note to rate his other partner on a scale of 10 after the entire session - The rated names would be kept anonymous to avoid biasness

5. We would collect the rated sheets and run a correlation to map the best/closest compatible pairs

6. The pairs would be disclosed for the partners to start working on their prompts and develop the storyline

7. As this is a form of a collaborative learning experience, all registered participants would be formed a pair structured with the correlation ratings and there would be none without any partner

Terms,

1. Each final pair/partners would have 45-60 days to formulate their complete manuscripts and come up with their final submissions

2. All the submissions would then be processed for the production & distribution of eBooks, Paperbacks and Hardbacks with equal royalty to be provided to each author per book

3. Minimum age for participation is 18 and there is no bar on the gender or upper age goup

4. As this is a project to have a productive outcome with a learning and fun experience, refrain from any sort of profanity, indecency or hatred and discuss the projects with your partners with mutual respect

5. The language for all books to be produced would be in English only

6. All books produced would be also provided with an offline book launch later in the year
