The season of love is here!

To celebrate love on the upcoming Valentine's month, we're accepting submissions on short stories and poetry in the romance genre on the topic 'love'.

Write your short stories or poetry (fiction/ non fiction) and get published with opportunity for book signing and networking at the Kolkata Literary Carnival.

Each published author would get an opportunity to have a dedicated timeslot allotted inside a stall at the Carnival. We will send out a Calendly form after the book is published where you can book your desired slot to be present at the stall for signing, promoting and selling your copies all on your own.

Those unable to join in person may also participate in the project for curation and publication.

How to submit?

a. Write your short story between 1,000 and 8,000 words or poetry between 800 and 4,000 words and upload your manuscript here (by 20th Jan) after registering here which is a mandatory step.

b. Content should be in English only.

c. Content maybe published elsewhere earlier but author should have the rights to his/her content.

You may register now and block your slots and submit your manuscript later on or before the given due date.

We will curate content on a rolling process as and when they come in.

Earlier you submit better it is to produce the books and have them with you well before the Carnival.

The "works" would be placed in anthology/collections to be produced as books for sales and distribution.

For Participants,

1. Dedicated book signing and selling space provided to each participant or author at the Kolkata Literary Carnival

2. Published, distributed and promoted by us as Paperbacks, Hardbacks and eBooks worldwide with equal share of royalty paid to authors on sale.
