Joy learns how kitchen work helped her attain the patience, which led her to establish herself as a scientist. Author: Dr. Joyeeta Talukdar is currently working as a post-doctoral fellow in Cancer Biology at the department of Bio-Chemistry, AIIMS, New Delhi. She had done her doctorate from Gauhati University, Assam on, 'Interaction of Cancer Stem Cells with Mesenchymal Stem Cells'. She is actively associated with NGOs basically in Assam and New Delhi working for tele-medicine of Cancer Patients, their palliative care and counselling and especially able kinds. She loves to write about her day-to-day experiences. Illustrator: Mridusmita Choudharee is a professional freelance artist, who specializes in Sculpture. She has done her Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) from Indira Kala Sangita Biswavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Chattishgarh. She was very interested in Art since her childhood, so she took Fine Art as her passion, profession, interest. She has made sculptures of so many great people of Assam. Along with the sculpture she also likes to do painting, craft works etc. She lives in Dikom, Dibrugarh.
